Instructions for the applicant:
- Open the application form using Adobe Reader or compatible PDF software.
- Complete all required fillable fields so the application can be processed. If fillable fields are not visible, enable the “Highlight Fields” option.
- Add your digital signature in the signature field to complete the application.
- Save the completed application using a clear and unique file name.
- Email the completed file to the Mason County Road Commission permit department at permits@masoncountyroads.com.
- The Mason County Road Commission will issue the permit and return the finalized document by email.
Note: If you are unable to provide a digital signature, print the form, sign it, scan it, and email it to permits@masoncountyroads.com.
