TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER

PA-T 53-001-24
By virtue of the authority vested in the Michigan Transportation Commission by 1931 PA 328, MCLA 750.497, Section 497 of the Michigan Penal Code, and Act 300 of 1949, we hereby order that the conditions om M-116 (Lakeshore Dr) in the Township of Hamlin, Mason County, shall be as follows:
“No Stopping, Standing, or Parking” allowed on M-116 (Lakeshore Dr) right of way between Jagger Rd and Piney Ridge Road.
All police agencies having jurisdiction therein shall enforce said regulation when official traffic control signs conforming to the mandate on this order have been erected.
This temporary traffic control order is in effect from 11:59 AM to 11:59 PM on the following dates:

This is necessary for the safe and efficient movement of pedestrian traffic during the concerts being performed along M-116.
