NOTICE TO BIDDERS
MASON COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION
MASON COUNTY, MICHIGAN
The Board of County Road Commissioners of the County of Mason will receive sealed bids at 510 E. State Street, Scottville, Michigan until 11:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, February 20, 2025 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read for furnishing the following materials and services:
Equipment Rental
Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Mason County Road Commission. All bids must be submitted in SEALED ENVELOPES bearing the name of the Bidder and appropriately marked as to the item being bid.
The Commission reserves the right to accept any and all bids, in part or entirety; waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid, which in their opinion is in the best interest of the Mason County Road Commission and the County of Mason.
The Mason County Road Commission is in compliance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended.
